- By Mutual Consent: This agreement can be terminated prematurely by mutual written consent of both Parties.
- By Lessor: The Lessor reserves the right to terminate the agreement and retrieve the Equipment if the Lessee violates any terms, including overdue payments or misuse of the Equipment.
- By Lessee: The Lessee can terminate the agreement by providing at least 60 days’ advance written notice. An early termination penalty may apply.
- Return of Equipment: Upon termination, the Lessee must ensure the Equipment is in good working condition, accounting for normal wear and tear.
